Alice is a business leader and strategist with 20+ years’ experience, who believes in the shared value approach and the power of business as a catalyst for positive societal change and sustainable growth.
In her role as Head of Sustainable Business and Corporate Social Responsibility at the Winning Group, Alice led the development of the company's first sustainability strategy and is creating value by engaging employees, customers, and partners into the delivery of impact initiatives across responsible sourcing, carbon mitigation, waste & recycling, community engagement, and circularity.
Alice holds a Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School and a Master of Sociology from the University of Munich.

Ronald is a dedicated professional with a passion for sustainability, specialising in strategic planning and development. His expertise extends to sustainable packaging solutions, where he focuses on optimising packaging and waste recycling within the retail sector. Ronald has a strong background in carbon accounting and emissions reporting, enabling him to craft comprehensive emissions reduction plans. In addition, his commitment to ethical sourcing and modern slavery risk management ensures responsible and socially conscious supply chains. With a holistic approach to sustainability, Ronald strives to create a greener and more responsible world through his work.

Paul Reid

Managing Director at Panasonic

Paul is responsible for the Australian operations of the global Panasonic Corporation. Panasonic is a significant supplier of Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Air-Conditioners and other electronic products to the Australian Market.
Through its “Panasonic Green ImpACT” initiative, Panasonic is committed to making a significant contribution to global decarbonisation. Paul has been Managing Director at Panasonic Australia since 2014 and has previous experience working in Panasonic’s European operations as well as working in senior roles at other global CE brands.
